Event just the Sunday. Training just the Saturday. If you have anything you want to cover let me know i.e. Northover. If anyone has something they want to do or be done let me know.

Re: Thwaite Mills 10th June
I have a little training scenario based around the photograph of the Home Guard being instructed on what to do if they encounter a downed German airman/parachutist. All I would need is a blackboard, chalk and a revolver/pistol and holster. It was used for real on the observer of a shot down JU88 near me. Worked a treat, apparently.

Re: Thwaite Mills 10th June
I was just going to cancel the training day as only Harold and James said they were going. I wasn't staying over by myself. Another thread seems to say otherwise, so is the training day on or not !!

Re: Thwaite Mills 10th June
Really good Training day and Event, Good displays, nice to stopover with good company and such a good place [big thanks to the staff who made it possible] Nice to see Russ, Mick, Andy and Tracy. [Andy, its on here how to post pics] Response from the public [and Mick] was just right when our Panzer?? emerged from the undergrowth. Great little scenario linked well from Lt. Turton's talk. I'm shattered, even though it was nice to sit back without the pressure and let someone else do the talking? Remember were the only group that does the Northover 'our way' if it's the video i'm expecting, bare in mind this is the was the very 1st dry run and yes we know it's colour isn't right yet, but Harold as put alot of work into it to get it there for this weekend.
