2012 potential events list is posted in the members only section, there are non confirmed and wont be confirmed till we see which and how we are going to do them.

hi stephen, when you get more confirmations on the 2012 events, please publish the lists as it gives those who are not members (ie guests) who enjoy re-enactments in general & the home guard in particular, to put dates in diaries. looking forward to the next season already!!! best wishes

Exactly Corp. I have a feeling next year will be worse than this with Ponte. possibly taking a back seat, the list needs to be vastly downscaled, anyone got preferences? as non will be booked till commited to do some.

Of course, I don't know if you were planning it, but Ponderosa weekend for 2012 has been CANCELLED according to the message on their website today.

I had a very successful day last saturday promoting the Home Guard and WW2 collecting at a small but busy function and displays of WW1 and WW2 gear put on for charity by the Mayor of Harrogate

ingleton war weekend is on the same weekend as the cancelled ponderosa, its agood event for a small village & well worth going to, also a good evening of dance/beer in the community centre. camping is down near the waterfalls cafe. also many pubs/places to eat
