at thwaites mill last sunday, janet was starting to feel a bit ill, so she called it a day & returned home. when i got back, she was on her way to A&E at dewsbury in a lot of pain. she has been diagnosed with pancreaitis, & a prelim scan today has shown that her gallbladder is full of stones. the surgeon has deceided it would be best to remove her gallbladder completely rather than try to dissolve the stones due to the condition she has. subject to an MRI scan toms he will then make his decision? we both hope the op will take place in the next day or so, however it will have to be removed in the next couple of weeks anyway. so she,s gonna be laid up for a while whatever the outcome.so it may be a while before she,s at an event again?

thank you for your comments, ive passed them on to jan, & she wants me to send her thanks back to you all, its very much appreciated. jan had her scan today, but at this moment in time, we are still waiting for the results, prob toms. she was discharged today, but cannot work. if the results show a blockage of any kind, then she,s back in, same for any kind of flare up. if not, then her op is booked for next wednesday. once again, thanks to you all

jan is now booked for 2pm on wednesday, the hospital has now advised that she stays over, rather than being a day patient, which is fine by me as she is in the right place when the anasthetic wears off. she cant wait for a donner kebab & chocy, but thats on hold for a while!! will keep you all posted later in the week, thanks again

thanks ian, again just as you all know, jan had her op yesterday which was a success, & she came home this morning, tired & sore, apart from her mouth, which can still issue commands!!! good to get it all over with, the road to recovery lies ahead, but its a happy brown family once again. thank you all again for your best wishes, it has meant a great deal to us both. hope to see you all again soon
