    First Training Day 2013

Post  Boots on Sun Apr 28, 2013 6:19 pm

Thought this day went really well. Everyone gained from the topics discussed and it was great to see everyone involved. Nice to see our new members with us and hoped they enjoyed as much as I did. Northover scenario should prove very exciting with new set-up and Russell's tanks were a delight to blow up!! Many thanks to Steve for all the planning and preparation he put in and looking forward to our next event. Ponte Home Guard goes from strength to strength and our new locations prove we give a good show Keep up the good work Lads!

Well said that man. I'm sure everyone who attended would say the same, and would commend you on your work on the Northover.

Yes training is never wasted. Good to involve everyone we can improve on this also with comments made during the day, As Russ said maybe we're being a little too comic, mmm, comment acknowleged however, we get the job done and maybe it's quite boring to do it serious, I still think entertaining is the right way to go??? it must have been similar at the time.
